Valinor Discovery is a Salt Lake City-based frontier machine learning lab that trains virtual patient foundation models on proprietary multi-omic and longitudinal clinical datasets to simulate drug efficacy before patients are ever dosed. Founded by Josh Pacini (CEO) and Zhanel Nugmanova (CSO), the company generates matched pre- and post-treatment multi-omics datasets — including scRNA-seq, proteomics, methylation, whole-genome sequencing, and imaging — to build rich virtual patient profiles that capture individual biological heterogeneity.
