Unilabs is one of Europe's largest diagnostic services companies, founded in 1987 in Switzerland. With 12,500 employees working across 250 imaging centres and 200 laboratories in 14 countries, Unilabs performs more than 237 million lab tests per year, generating approximately EUR 1.6 billion in annual revenue. The company offers a comprehensive, full-spectrum range of diagnostic modalities including clinical laboratory testing, radiology, pathology, and genetics — serving both healthcare providers and patients. Originally listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange, Unilabs was taken private by the Apax Funds in 2007 and later merged with Capio Diagnostics. Unilabs operates with a European-centric footprint, with country websites across Scandinavia, Iberia, France, Switzerland, the Netherlands, UK, and beyond.
