Ultivue

Ultivue was a Cambridge, Massachusetts-based life science company that developed multiplex biomarker assays for tissue phenotyping and digital pathology, enabling researchers and pathologists to simultaneously detect and quantify multiple protein markers in a single tissue section. Its proprietary InSituPlex technology provided ultra-sensitive, quantitative spatial profiling of the tumor microenvironment, supporting translational medicine and immuno-oncology research. Ultivue's UltiMapper assay kits were used by biopharma teams, academic labs, and clinical researchers to understand cellular phenotypes and immune contexture. In 2024, Ultivue merged with Vizgen to form a combined spatial multiomics platform.
