True Office Learning is a compliance training and analytics company founded in 2010 in New York City by Adam Sodowick. The company developed award-winning adaptive learning technology that delivers gamified, interactive compliance training produced to US Department of Justice standards, combined with quantitative behavioral analytics to help enterprises measure and improve compliance culture. Originally acquired by NYSE Governance Services (Intercontinental Exchange) in 2014 and later spun out by Marlin Equity Partners in 2017, True Office Learning was ultimately acquired by Learning Pool in January 2022 to expand adaptive learning capabilities into enterprise learning experience platforms.
