Users enter their license plate or VIN along with vehicle details — color, mileage, condition, and accident history — and Topmarq requests offers from multiple dealerships simultaneously, presenting them side by side for easy comparison. Described as the Kayak of selling a vehicle, Topmarq makes comparing dealership cash prices, pickup policies, and trade-in options as simple as searching for flights. Founded in 2020 by Quinn Osha, a Caltech electrical engineering graduate and former Axon engineer, the company is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and was backed by Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator. The platform focuses on the $800 billion US used vehicle market.
