TIER Mobility was founded in 2018 with a mission to change mobility for good by providing shared, light electric vehicles — e-scooters, e-bikes, and mopeds — as sustainable alternatives to cars in urban environments. Operating across more than 400 cities in Europe and the Middle East, TIER built one of the continent's largest micro-mobility fleets through in-house operations, safety-first practices, and a focus on carbon footprint reduction across the entire value chain. In March 2024, TIER and Dott merged to form the European champion of shared micro-mobility under the Dott brand, combining their networks and operations.
