TheRight.Fit is an Australian creator collaboration platform that connects brands and agencies with models, actors, content creators, and influencers through a brief-first, inbound marketplace model. Founded in 2016 by Taryn Williams — a model turned agency founder — the platform was originally built to automate talent booking for models and on-set production crew in Australia, backed by AirTree Ventures. Over time, the platform pivoted as creator and influencer work became the dominant activity, and following an acquisition by Ryan Tse in 2023, TheRight.Fit was rebuilt from the ground up around a structured brief-first workflow. Brands post a campaign brief and creators self-select based on genuine interest, with the first application typically arriving within 9.5 minutes and the average brief receiving 79 applicants. The platform launched globally in January 2025, with the United States as its primary expansion market.
