The Helicopter Company (THC) is Saudi Arabia's premier commercial helicopter services provider, established in 2018 by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) as part of its strategy to activate new aviation sectors aligned with Vision 2030. THC has been commercially operating since mid-2019 and maintains a diverse fleet of over 60 aircraft equipped with cutting-edge technology and superior safety systems. The company holds a Part 121 Special Unscheduled Air Operator License and a Part 145 Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) License. THC provides a broad range of services including Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS), aerial work, tourism flights, and private charters, serving Saudi Arabia's major giga-projects and key sectors.
