Textainer

Textainer is one of the world's largest intermodal container lessors, operating since 1979 with a fleet of more than 4.5 million TEU in owned and managed containers. The company supplies standard dry freight, specialized, refrigerated, and tank containers to approximately 200 global customers including all major international shipping lines and the U.S. Military. Operating through a network of 14 offices and 400 depots across all time zones, Textainer also leads the container resale industry, selling an average of approximately 130,000 used containers per year. In December 2025, Textainer completed its acquisition of Seaco to form the world's largest and most diversified container fleet with approximately 8.3 million CEU.
