Taiba Investments Company (TAIBA) is one of Saudi Arabia's largest publicly listed hospitality and real estate companies, headquartered in Madinah with operations across seven cities in the Kingdom. Founded in 1988, TAIBA manages a portfolio of over 40 properties including hotels, resorts, residential communities, and retail centers representing more than 8,000 keys. The company operates local brands such as Makarem, Noor by Makarem, and Dur Communities, alongside international partnerships with Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Accor, and Millennium hotel groups. TAIBA's activities span hospitality investment and development, Hajj and Umrah services, logistics, catering, and integrated real estate development. With over 2,000 employees, TAIBA is a key contributor to Saudi Vision 2030's tourism and hospitality goals, and is partially owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF). Recent projects include the Waldorf Astoria Hotel Al Madinah and a Marriott hotel within the STC Square development in Riyadh.
