Support Fusion

Support Fusion is a Melbourne, Australia-based managed integration platform that synchronizes tickets, customers, invoices, and assets across the disparate IT service management systems used by managed service providers (MSPs) and the enterprises they support. The platform offers pre-built, no-code connectors for tools including ServiceNow, ConnectWise, Jira, HaloPSA, Autotask, and Zendesk, letting IT teams configure which data syncs, in which direction, and under what business rules, while Support Fusion handles ongoing monitoring and maintenance centrally — most connections go live within hours without a professional-services engagement. Data is processed in memory only and not retained after routing, and the company is pursuing ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certification with SSO/MFA support via Google and Microsoft Entra. Founded in 2025 by brothers Greg and Steve Rudakov, Support Fusion raised roughly AUD $1M (~US$650K) in pre-seed funding to expand into the US and UK markets.
