Buy and sell tickets to any live event, anywhere
StubHub is an online ticket resale marketplace where fans can buy and sell tickets to sports, concerts, theater, and other live events. Founded in March 2000 by Eric Baker and Jeff Fluhr in San Francisco, StubHub became the dominant secondary ticket platform in North America, processing billions of dollars in ticket sales annually. Acquired by eBay in 2007 for $310 million, StubHub was later repurchased by Viagogo in 2020 for approximately $4 billion, forming StubHub Holdings. The company has partnerships with Major League Baseball, Anschutz Entertainment Group, and dozens of professional and collegiate sports organizations. StubHub Holdings went public via IPO in September 2025 with a valuation of $8.6 billion and reported revenues of $1.77 billion in 2024.
