Stitch

Stitch is a South African enterprise payments infrastructure platform that enables businesses to collect, manage, and disburse money through a single API. The platform covers online payments, in-person point-of-sale payments, recurring debit collections, real-time payouts, and payment orchestration with automatic fallback routing. Stitch integrates directly with South African banks, payment networks, and card schemes — including card acquiring via the Stitch-Efficacy Payments vertical integration — and provides embedded fraud detection, tokenization, and reconciliation tools. The company serves enterprise clients across retail, financial services, logistics, and gaming verticals, including Vodacom, MTN, Takealot, The Courier Guy, Bash, and Betway. Stitch is ISO 27001 and PCI DSS Level 1 certified and also offers Stitch Express, a simplified payment integration layer for e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, and Webflow.
