State of Utah (Division of Technology Services)

The Division of Technology Services (DTS) is the information technology service provider for the executive branch of the state of Utah, established in 2006 under the state's chief information officer. DTS consolidates all IT resources and services for Utah state agencies into one division to improve accountability, reduce costs, and increase services to taxpayers. Its mission is to provide innovative, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions that empower partner agencies to better serve Utah residents. DTS is a division within the Utah Department of Government Operations, headquartered in Taylorsville, Utah, and offers services including infrastructure, cybersecurity, application development, data management, and digital credentials.
