Standard Subsea is a robotics company building uncrewed surface and subsea inspection systems for the offshore industry. Their flagship product, Scout, is a 6.1-meter trailerable uncrewed surface vessel (USV) with an integrated inspection-class ROV that deploys through a midships hatch, enabling shore-launched subsea inspection down to 300 meters depth without requiring a crewed vessel or offshore crew. Two operators can trailer Scout to any boat ramp and complete standard inspection tasks including corridor surveys, asset tracking, structure orbits, point inspections, seabed mapping, and target investigation — covering five kilometers of corridor per mission. Clients receive structured deliverables within five days including bathymetric surfaces in GeoTIFF, side-scan mosaics, 4K inspection video, anomaly registers, and mission summary reports.
