Spectrian

Spectrian Corporation was a Sunnyvale, California-based designer and manufacturer of high-power radio frequency (RF) amplifiers for the global wireless communications industry. The company produced single-carrier and multicarrier ultra-linear, high-power RF amplification systems used by wireless network operators worldwide, and also operated an UltraRF semiconductor division. Spectrian structured itself into three business units before being acquired by REMEC Inc. for approximately 160 million dollars in 2002.
