Spark Era is the debut title from Firework Games, a Hong Kong-based blockchain game studio founded in 2021. Launched in November 2022, Spark Era is a battle-royale massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) and metaverse experience set in an interstellar universe, supporting up to 50 simultaneous players per match and AI-generated non-player characters personalized to each player's activity. The game runs on AWS cloud infrastructure, supported 10 million downloads and 1 million concurrent logins at launch, integrated with The Sandbox metaverse, and received a $1M investment from Animoca Brands.
