Soudah Development

Soudah Development (SD) is a closed joint-stock real estate development company owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) of Saudi Arabia. The company is developing Soudah and parts of Rijal Almaa in the Aseer region — Saudi Arabia's highest peak — into a world-class, year-round luxury mountain tourism destination. The project spans 636.5 km2 and focuses on culture and heritage, nature and wellness, and adventure and sports, while preserving the region's natural landscape and unique heritage. With over 200 documented heritage sites in the Aseer region, Soudah Development aims to generate sustainable, long-term economic returns while celebrating authentic local traditions and community.
