SmartCrowd is MENA's first and largest regulated real estate crowdfunding platform, enabling retail investors to fractionally invest in Dubai's residential and commercial property market from as little as AED 500. The platform is regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) and registered in the DIFC. Investors can choose between Hold strategies (rental income + capital appreciation over up to 5 years, targeting 6-12% annual yields) and Flip strategies (short-term renovation exits, targeting 15-20% annualized returns). SmartCrowd uses Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) to structure transparent fractional ownership.
