Siduma Therapeutics was a Yale spinout founded by Dr. Craig Crews, the scientific founder of Arvinas and a pioneer in targeted protein degradation (TPD). The company was leveraging extensive heterobifunctional molecule expertise to build a new, disruptive therapeutic platform targeting disease-causing proteins. Siduma assembled an exceptional leadership team and board with deep expertise in platform and drug development, and had closed a Series A financing round with industry-leading investors. The company was based in New Haven, Connecticut, and was developing next-generation TPD medicines building on the PROTAC technology pioneered at Yale. In April 2024, Siduma confirmed it had shut down operations due to the challenging financing environment for early-stage biotechs.
