Shrapnel

In Shrapnel's fiction, a 2038 asteroid impact called 38 Sigma bombarded a 500-kilometer band of Earth with lunar meteorites, creating the abandoned Sacrifice Zone. Players take on the role of elite Operators who enter the Zone in 4v4 squads to battle for control of Sigma, a powerful resource born from the meteorites, in objective-driven FPS matches. Shrapnel emphasizes true digital ownership of in-game assets, letting players trade Operators and cosmetics on the Shrapnel Marketplace, craft rewards, and combine items via a Recycle Depot. The game is built by Neon Machine, a Seattle-based studio staffed by veterans of Call of Duty, CS:GO, Halo, Bioshock, Ghost of Tsushima, and other AAA franchises.
