Sensinov is an all-in-one technical building management platform that helps managers of tertiary and commercial buildings cut energy use, simplify maintenance, and stay compliant with BACS and tertiary decrees. The company installs a SensiBox IoT controller that connects existing HVAC, lighting, refrigeration, and other equipment over protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, and LoRaWAN, then monitors consumption in real time, flags energy drifts, and can reduce equipment use by up to 30 to 48 percent.
