Secret Network is the first mainnet layer-1 blockchain to feature privacy-preserving smart contracts with end-to-end encryption, launched in 2020 and built on the Cosmos ecosystem. Using Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs) and advanced cryptographic protocols, Secret Network enables developers to build decentralized applications where all inputs, outputs, and state remain encrypted by default.
