Second Door exists to address the full physical therapy business equation: patient volume, visits per case, and revenue per visit. The platform gives PT practices tools to grow smarter, diversify revenue, and get paid for the value they deliver, opening a second door that does not rely solely on traditional insurance. It unifies the PT front office by capturing referrals, automating busywork, and enabling cash-pay programs and employer partnerships. Founders Scott Hebert and Ryan Klepps previously built Strive Labs, now WebPT Reach, before starting Second Door to close the gap between clinical value and financial reality in musculoskeletal care.
