Scroobious

Scroobious is a capital access platform that connects founders, investors, mentors, and advisors to build the real relationships that activate private wealth to fund innovation. Founded in 2020 by Allison Byers, the platform was created to address systemic bias in venture capital funding that leaves underrepresented founders — particularly women and founders of color — chronically underfunded. Scroobious provides investor-vetted pitch education, a structured 10-section pitch framework developed from hundreds of investor interviews, and a community of 1,000+ members where overlooked founders can meet aligned investors and supporters. The platform offers membership plans for both founders and angel investors, and is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. In 2024 Ralph H. Groce III joined as CEO alongside founder Allison Byers.
