Scout Space

Scout Space is a Reston, Virginia-based space domain awareness company founded in 2019. Scout builds next-generation sensor systems, autonomy software, and data platforms for cross-orbit intelligence and dynamic space operations. Its platform-agnostic systems combine advanced optical payloads, edge processing, and mission autonomy software to detect, track, and characterize objects in orbit. Scout works with the U.S. Space Force through multiple TACFI contracts and is integrating its Owl sensor on Blue Origin's Blue Ring spacecraft. The company raised $18M in Series A funding led by Washington Harbour Partners.
