Sampingan (now rebranded as Staffinc) is an Indonesian workforce platform that began in 2018 connecting independent blue-collar workers to jobs across the country. Co-founded by Margana Mohamad and Dimas Pramudya Putra, Sampingan rapidly evolved from a gig platform for field agents into a comprehensive workforce management solution for enterprises. The platform enables businesses to recruit, deploy, and manage large numbers of frontline and field workers across Indonesia, offering services including labor supply, business process outsourcing (BPO), HR technology, and payroll management. Sampingan's network spans over 350 cities across Indonesia with more than 1.7 million workers, and the platform serves over 310 companies including major brands like Bukalapak, Traveloka, Gojek, Shopee, and Unilever.
