SAMCO (Sacheon Aerospace Manufacturing Ind. Co., Ltd.) is a privately owned, foreign-invested Korean aerospace manufacturer headquartered in Sacheon, South Gyeongsang Province, South Korea. The company leads the Korean aerospace industry in the manufacture of aircraft door systems, wing component sub-assemblies, and flight control systems. Its product portfolio includes aerospace door systems, wing structures, and KUH (Korean Utility Helicopter) flight control system components. SAMCO participates in all major Korean military and civil aircraft programs and exports to commercial aircraft constructors worldwide. In Spring 2008 the company moved to a purpose-built facility on the Sacheon Aerospace Industrial Complex, more than doubling its production capacity. SAMCO pursues a policy of Continuous Improvement to develop capabilities required by global aircraft OEMs.
