Sabine Royalty Trust

Sabine Royalty Trust was formed effective December 31, 1982 under the Sabine Corporation Royalty Trust Agreement to hold royalty and mineral interests conveyed from Sabine Corporation, including landowner's royalties, overriding royalty interests, and non-participatory production payment interests. The Trust's royalty properties cover producing and proved undeveloped oil and gas properties located in Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Sabine Royalty Trust units trade on the NYSE under ticker SBR, and the Trust makes monthly cash distributions to unitholders; Argent Trust Company currently serves as trustee.
