RTS Investor Corp. was a Delaware-incorporated holding company that served as the parent entity for the R.J. O'Brien global business, one of the oldest and largest independent futures brokerage and clearing firms in the United States. R.J. O'Brien provided electronic trading platforms, risk management tools, and brokerage services to institutional investors, professional traders, and commercial hedgers across global futures and options markets. On April 13, 2025, StoneX Group Inc. entered a definitive agreement to acquire RTS Investor Corp. for approximately million to billion, and the transaction closed on July 31, 2025, folding the R.J. O'Brien business into StoneX's global operations.
