Respiray

Respiray is a European wearable technology company founded in 2020 in Estonia, focused on developing personal air purification devices that help people with allergies, respiratory sensitivities, and airborne pathogen exposure live healthier lives. Spun out of the medical device R&D firm Ldiamon, Respiray's first product was a wearable UV-based air purifier launched in February 2021 to protect against airborne viruses, followed by the Respiray Wear A+ in January 2023 — a clinically tested, HEPA-filtered wearable collar that eliminates over 99.9% of airborne allergens including pollen, pet dander, dust mites, and mold. The product has been validated by the European Centre of Allergy Research Foundation and shown to outperform most antihistamines and immunotherapy for symptom reduction. Respiray has received funding from parent company Ldiamon and private investors including Skype co-founder Jaan Tallinn.
