About

It was especially popular among Chinese college students and at its peak had over 31 million monthly active users, executing a $740 million IPO on the New York Stock Exchange in April 2011. The platform became largely dormant by 2022 and was fully taken offline in December 2024; parent company Renren Inc. rebranded as Moatable, Inc. in June 2023.
