ReachLocal was a digital marketing solutions company founded in 2003 in Woodland Hills, California, that provided online advertising, SEO, display, social, and lead management services to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States, Canada, Australia, and other markets. The company went public on NASDAQ (ticker: RLOC) in 2010 and grew to serve over 17,000 active clients across 68 offices globally with more than 1,300 employees. In June 2016, Gannett Co. acquired ReachLocal for approximately $156 million; it was subsequently rebranded as LocaliQ in February 2023 and continues to operate as a division of Gannett.
