RadioOnkologieNetzwerk (RON) is Germany's largest private network of radiotherapy practices, founded in 2008 by radiation oncologists Dr. Ralf Kurek and Dr. Sandra Röddiger in Baden-Württemberg. The network operates outpatient radiotherapy and oncology centers across Germany, providing multi-specialist cancer care including radiation oncology, nuclear medicine, and diagnostic imaging services. RON joined the Ergéa Group — a pan-European physician-led healthcare company focused on oncology and diagnostic imaging — and now operates under the Ergéa Deutschland brand while maintaining its RadioOnkologieNetzwerk identity. Headquartered in Aalen, Germany (Ulmer Str. 68, 73431 Aalen), the network delivers the latest innovations in radiotherapy to patients across multiple German states. As part of the Ergéa Group, which is majority-owned by DWS Infrastructure, RON is expanding its footprint as the group pursues broader European growth in oncology services. The co-founders continue to serve as Co-Chairpersons of the Ergéa Group's Board of Directors, bringing their combined 20+ years of clinical experience and entrepreneurial background to the strategic leadership of the wider group.
