Rabbit Mobility

Rabbit Mobility is a micro-mobility platform offering rides and day rentals via electric vehicles including scooters, bikes, and other light vehicles. Founded in 2020 by Kamal ElSoueni, Mohamed Mansoury, and Bassem Magued, Rabbit operates in Cairo, Alexandria, El Gouna, and other Egyptian cities. The company has grown from 18,000 users in January 2022 to over 300,000 by mid-2023, and has surpassed 3 million total rides. Rabbit's clean-tech approach has helped riders save nearly 800,000 kg of CO₂ emissions, equivalent to planting 80,000 trees. The company raised $1.3M in funding in October 2024 to expand across North Africa.
