About
RAAAM Technologies develops GCRAM, a patented on-chip memory technology combining the density of embedded DRAM with the performance of SRAM, without requiring changes to standard CMOS fabrication processes, delivering up to 50% area reduction and 10x power savings. Founded in 2021 by Robert Giterman, Andreas Burg, Adam Teman, and Alexander Fish out of research at Bar-Ilan University and EPFL, the Israeli semiconductor startup targets memory-hungry AI, AR/VR, automotive, 5G, and data-center applications. RAAAM raised a $17.5 million Series A led by NXP Semiconductors, bringing total funding past $24 million, to qualify its GCRAM on TSMC's 2nm process.
