Qlaris Bio is a clinical-stage biotechnology company founded on a relentless commitment to developing innovative first-in-class therapies for serious and debilitating ophthalmic diseases. The company's lead asset, QLS-111, targets a novel mechanism of action designed to lower intraocular pressure by relaxing vascular tissues distal to the trabecular meshwork, with potential to achieve lower IOP targets than existing therapies.
