Qi Aerista is a smart tea brewer created by Keyway Innovations Limited, founded in 2013 by Rick Ha (PhD, University of Waterloo). After five years of R&D, the company launched its patented AERO-BREW system that controls temperature, time, water flow, and tea leaf immersion to brew any type of tea perfectly. The app-connected brewer supports six preset modes and is sold direct-to-consumer via Indiegogo and its own website, with operations based in Hong Kong.
