Unlike other smart rings that track vitals and biometrics, Pulse does not measure or harvest personal data; it helps people train attention, reduce stress, and break autopilot habits through timed Pulse Moments. An optional companion app adds guided practices such as box breathing and gratitude, with no subscription required for core modes, and the ring is waterproof, made in Europe, and works standalone for up to 21 days.
