Founded in 2017 by Mike Dwyer and Adam Baliatico in Hoboken, New Jersey, the platform unifies scheduling, clinical documentation, billing, patient engagement, revenue cycle management, compliance analytics, and AI-assisted scribing in a single connected system — replacing the fragmented point-solution approach common in the rehab therapy industry. The company rebranded from Prompt EMR to Prompt Health in June 2025 to reflect its expansion beyond core EMR into full clinic operations, and has grown through acquisitions of PredictionHealth, OnusOne, and PT Wired.
