Prepared is an end-to-end assistive AI platform for emergency response, built to empower 911 call-takers, dispatchers, and field responders with real-time tools and data. The platform enables callers to send photos and video footage directly to 911 centers, provides AI-assisted call-taking with streamlined information gathering and translation, supports multi-channel dispatch monitoring, and delivers real-time quality assurance for 100% of calls. Founded out of Yale University in 2019, Prepared has processed over 10 million calls and partners with more than 1,000 PSAPs, protecting over 90 million people. Acquired by Axon in 2025.
