Practice (practice.do) was an all-in-one coaching management platform that provided coaches with scheduling, client portals, digital contracts, payment processing, intake forms, and session notes in a single tool. The platform was designed to help coaches run their client-based businesses more efficiently, with features including calendar management, coaching packages, file storage, automations, and client communication. It raised $10 million in funding and built a loyal user base among solo coaches and small coaching businesses. The company was backed by notable investors including Tony Robbins. In October 2025, CEO Julien Smith announced a wind-down after the company failed to reach sustainability and a potential acquisition fell through. Practice.do permanently shut down on November 3, 2025.
