Portshift

Portshift was a privately held cybersecurity company headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel, focused on building application security solutions spanning the full lifecycle of cloud-native applications — from development and policy enforcement to vulnerability management and runtime protection. Portshift's Kubernetes-native platform leveraged service mesh to deliver a single pane of glass for containers and cloud-native application security, enabling DevOps teams to protect against vulnerabilities across images, containers, Kubernetes, and runtime deployments. Portshift was backed by Team8, the Israeli cybersecurity venture creation firm. On October 26, 2020, Cisco announced the completion of its acquisition of Portshift.
