Pixer Technology is an Israeli company that develops and supplies advanced semiconductor capital equipment for integrated circuit manufacturers and photomask makers. Its product lineup includes the CDC200, a critical dimensions control tool used in mask, wafer/lithography, and shuttle mask applications, and the Galileo, a DUV metrology tool used for reticle requalification and photomask blank grading. The company raised $8.7M in Series A funding from Lightspeed Venture Partners in January 2006 and was subsequently acquired by Carl Zeiss SMT in 2008.
