Pivotal Systems Corporation is a semiconductor equipment company specializing in precision gas flow monitoring and control technology for the global semiconductor and high-tech manufacturing industries. Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Fremont, California, Pivotal Systems develops Gas Flow Controllers (GFCs) that require no maintenance or calibration and deliver rich real-time data sets to enable Industry 4.0 manufacturing workflows. The company's products—including GFC Series S, GFC Series X, Thermal Controllers, and Flow Ratio Controllers—are designed to significantly enhance fab productivity and capital efficiency. Pivotal Systems was previously publicly listed (OTC: PVLYL) and was acquired by OmegaX in November 2023 at a valuation of approximately $18M. Following the acquisition, the company continued expanding in Southeast Asia, opening a facility in Johor, Malaysia and receiving Bloom Energy's Innovation Excellence Award at their 2026 Global Supplier Summit.
