Pickpad

Pickpad is a modular system of smart hardware pads powered by sensors and machine learning, designed to eliminate operational chaos at restaurant and retail pickup areas. Each smart pad lights up with the customer's name when their order is ready, automating order handoff for digital orders from delivery apps. The platform saves up to 6 hours per day on manual tasks, improves order accuracy, and captures data for operational analytics. Pickpad integrates physical hardware with a digital dashboard and was recognized at CES 2025 Innovation Awards.
