Peakon

Peakon was a SaaS-based employee engagement platform founded in Copenhagen, Denmark in 2014, designed to help organizations understand and improve employee experience through continuous, anonymous surveys. The platform delivered real-time insights into employee sentiment, predicted attrition risk, and provided managers with actionable recommendations based on aggregated feedback data. Peakon served mid-market and enterprise clients globally, collecting recurring feedback on a weekly or biweekly basis to replace annual engagement surveys. The company was acquired by Workday in March 2021 for approximately $700 million in cash and was rebranded as Workday Peakon Employee Voice.
