Path Keeper Surgical

PathKeeper Surgical, founded in 2018 by Dr. Opher Kinrot and CEO Erez Lampert and based in Kfar Saba, Israel, develops a radiation-free, AI-assisted 3D optical navigation system for spinal and orthopedic surgery. The system uses infrared-light-based 3D imaging, enhanced by artificial intelligence, to guide surgeons with precision to within less than a millimeter, eliminating the radiation exposure of traditional X-ray-based navigation systems, and is designed to be compact and compatible with existing surgical instruments without extra hardware. PathKeeper received U.S. FDA 510(k) clearance in June 2023 and has since been used in more than 130 spinal surgery procedures across Israel and the United States. The company signed a U.S. distribution agreement with Highridge Medical and, in November 2025, closed a several-million-dollar investment round — reported as a $4 million seed round — from Club-D Innovation, Arbelon Holdings, and additional investors, following earlier non-dilutive support that included a Horizon 2020 EU grant.
