Passu reads from primary sources with instantly auditable citations and built-in hallucination checks to ensure reliability. The platform delivers autonomous quarterly update drafts and tracks key metrics across unstructured documents at a scale no human team can match. Founded by Andreas Overmeer (CFA) and Eric Schuyler Fried (CTO), who collectively bring nearly a decade of fundamental credit research experience, Passu entered production with top asset managers in early 2026. The company was part of the Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator (ERA) Winter 2026 cohort.
