OYE

OYE is a bilingual (Spanish and English) wellness app designed for the Latinx community and beyond, offering daily wellness practices including emotional check-ins, meditation, goal-setting exercises, and creative wellness content from Latin American guides and experts. Launched in September 2022 by Colombian reggaeton artist J Balvin and co-founders, OYE — which means 'listen' in Spanish — is built by Latino creators and centered on making mental health and self-care accessible across cultures. The platform provides structured wellness 'rutas' (paths) led by certified guides covering topics from mindfulness and yoga to personal growth and emotional resilience.
